ABOUT ME

I’m Yimi Idogho, an Industrial Psychologist who has had over eleven (11) years of experience in strategic planning, setting up structures, getting the right fit/hires, organizational structure, and people engagement. I have also developed and implemented organizational structure designs, industrial harmonization frameworks, employee engagement strategies and processes, performance management systems, compensation & rewards structures, learning & development modules, recruitment (talent sourcing, selection & placement systems) for major companies and organizations in Nigeria. My career started off in 2008 with Kimberly Ryan Ltd, a renowned HR Consultancy. I was also part of the team responsible for the execution of comprehensive services in areas of design, development and delivery of solutions to clients (external & internal), management and provision of comprehensive services in the areas of Human Resource Consulting. Having all these opportunities to work with start-up and accomplished organizations, I now understands the dynamics of stakeholder management, employee relations, labor disputes, industrial management, welfare management, policy development and implementation, compensation management for a robust and multifaceted organization. My job roles have cut across human resource management, customer service and debt management and learning and development. I have a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the United States International University-Kenya. I am a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Human Capital Development of Nigeria- CIHCD. I am the Lead Consultant of Intentional Truth. An enterprise set up to offer Career Coaching, HR Consulting, Events and Training services.
